I can understand your opinion, BUT have you ever had a neighbor who comes home middle of the night everyday and makes a lot of noise every night, so that you couldn't sleep every night and your life become so miserable? I can understand some people don't have enough money to rent apartment by him/herself, then they have to do it together. I am NOT against that. BUT, if they can't behave like normal decent people and cause so many troubles to their neighbors, then they HAVE TO go by force! I think the landlord also has responsibility to get the renters under control or ask them to leave. You talked about the right of the renters and landlords, where is the right of the neighbor????? There are so many normal people who have that kind of indecent neighbors, where can they complain??? When will their voices be heard?? If the landlord has connections, you won't find the pictures above. That means the normal people who have no connections have to suffer forever! Which disgust you more? The normal decent people are protected or the landlord who has connections is protected? Please, tell me?
