Zidane,

The United States is not going to do anything because China is our largest money lender. The American people would like to be able to help, but we don't know what we can do.

Sorry my above comment didn't work. What I was saying is that I've never used Google to search for pornography online...but I'm pretty sure you can. You just can't search for child pornography because it harms children. So...some censorship is a good thing. But I would be extremely angry if my government tried to hack into my email account. That's terrible.

Actually, google is in the United States still have to be filtered! Just do not filter political freedom of information! However, the same as illegal information and pornography filtering!

I think this is a good thing Meisha happy! A company of any move is made for commercial purposes! Do you think the person writing this letter to convince the directors google Yao!

Not that I've ever used Google for pornography...but I'm sure you can still find it on Google, with the exception of child pornography (which endangers children so thats understandable). I see nothing wrong with censoring search engine results that could potentially harm another person.

Trying to read all your comments through translation. The translation isn't perfect but the impression I get is that people are happy that Google might be leaving China. This is an interesting topic and I've wondered how others outside of the United States view Google's decision. It's difficult for me (born and raised in the U.S.) to imagine internet being censored by the government.
