I can understand your opinion, BUT have you ever had a neighbor who comes home middle of the night everyday and makes a lot of noise every night, so that you couldn't sleep every night and your life become so miserable? ...
Tenement sharing is not bound to lead to harassing any of the neighbours. What you are complaining is judicial injustice and the dark society system, not tenement sharing. That's another issue. You don't prohibit other people from driving cars just because car driving might bring accidents on you, do you?
If you like, you certainly could accuse your neighbours of harassing people or indict your landlord of nonfeasance. But obviously you have no faith in chinese judicial system. What you need is to oppose the bad system and bad guys in the authorities, not to limit the legitimate rights and interests of other people.

现象: windows下编辑的sql文本文件,经过ws_ftp传到unix下,可以直接执行, 而反之亦然, unix下生成的文本文件传到windows下也可以直接阅读,分行正确.
请教: 为何没有出现阮兄说的"^M"或"所有文字变成一行"呢?
